On July 15, 2026, Durham PreK welcomed Site Directors to the 2026 Director's Kickoff, marking the beginning of planning for the 2026–2027 school year.

Held at the Central Pines Boardroom (4307 Emperor Blvd., Suite 110, Durham, NC), the kickoff provided Site Directors with program-specific information, important updates, key expectations, and resources designed to support successful planning and implementation for the upcoming school year.

The annual Director's Kickoff serves as an opportunity to align program goals, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that each site is equipped with the tools and information needed to provide high-quality early learning experiences for Durham's preschool children and families. We appreciate the engagement and commitment of our Site Directors as we begin another exciting year of serving Durham's youngest learners.
